Clementine & Co January Things I Love…
Hello there
I hope you are staying well & have enjoyed a Summer break.
These days we all need time outdoors, relaxation & sunshine more than ever.
I have compiled some of my favourite things for January days in the sunshine

Clementine & Co was created out of my love of all things floral. Although I am neither a gardener nor a florist , I am always finding unique ideas for bringing flowers into my days.
So with that in mind I will be creating a new section in the regular newsletter
‘in bloom’

‘The Camomile Lawn’ by Mary Wesley
I think there is nothing better than lying on the beach with a good book. On my holidays I am always drawn to summery novels by the sea. ‘The Camomile Lawn’ by Mary Wesley is an intriguing family saga beginning during their last summer holiday in Cornwall before the dawn of WW2 .
In bloom …..
floral ice cubes.

Make floral ice cubes to brighten your Summer drinks.
Source edible flowers from your local greengrocer or online
www.petiteingredient.com.au has some beautiful packs that are perfect for floral ice.
How To
I like to use a silicon square shaped ice cube tray, Fill the tray half way with filtered water.
Place the edible flowers face down in the tray. Freeze.
Once frozen fill the tray to the top with filtered water and re freeze.
Frozen ice cubes are a beautiful & easy way to add some floral prettiness
to your every day in January.
Enjoy!
