Once you have placed your order with us you will receive a confirmation email, we dispatch all orders every Monday ( we will dispatch on a Tuesday if there is a public holiday)

We ship with Australia Post or Sendle, Sendle is a 100% carbon neutral delivery service and certified B Corporation.

International orders are shipped with Australia Post unless otherwise arranged.

You are sent a tracking number to keep informed about your order,

Please note we deliver to addresses not PO Boxes,

Delivery Time

Sendle will email delivery time estimates to you when you place your order with us.

Note we dispatch only on Mondays each week.

Cities - Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide 1-2 working days

NSW, VIC, QLD, 2-3 working days

Tasmania 4-6 working days

WA, & NT 7-12 working days

We use Australia Post for all International orders unless otherwise arranged, delivery times to your Country available upon request.

We charge the following flat rates for shipping

Napkin sets, pouches $9.50 Australia wide.

Cushion covers & notebooks $12.50 Australia wide.

3 or more cushion covers from $21.95 Australia wide.

Regional Addresses

If you have a regional address there can be rare occasions where Sendle is unavailable, in which case we will use Australia Post and will let you know costs, delivery times and your tracking number via email.

International shipping

For International orders we ship napkins sets from AU$20 please don’t hesitate to contact us mail@clementineandco.com.au for larger orders and we will arrange a shipping quote.
