July things I love…

Hello there

I hope you are staying well

With the rise of Covid & so many of us staying home,

I thought you may like to see some things to inspire & bring joy in lockdown.

In some ways having a lockdown here during winter is a good excuse to cosy up.

Treating ourselves to a beautiful scented candle is (essential) self care, Diptyque’s french candles need no introduction

but you may not have tried their Feu De Bois a bewitching wood smoke scent perfect for Winter days.

Sleep ins are much sweeter with fresh bedding, and this month I am so excited

to launch our new range of Organic Liberty Cotton pillowcases I love this dainty Field Flowers print.

I always have cold hands & feet so warm socks are my winter must haves, these

Homie blush wool & angora house socks look perfectly cosy.

Make time to relax with tea and a good book daily, I am a history nerd and am throughly enjoying

Kassia St Clair’s ‘The Golden Thread -how fabric changed history’

Cups of tea are given a sense of luxury when poured from a beautiful teapot.

Limoges Legles Rose Petal pink teapot is forever on my wishlist

I am not one to relish daily exercise apart from walking our dogs, but since January

I have been really enjoying feeling stronger with Fluid Form At Home pilates

it offers so many quick (not formidable!) workouts, 20 minutes a day has actually been enjoyable & achievable.

Of course like all of us, I’ve been balancing my habits during lockdown & indulging in plenty of Netflix.

I loved the movie Rebecca, the original 1940s black & white was wonderful, but the latest version

is filled with great actors, the most enviable locations & fashion. Keep an eye out for Lily James’ Liberty print shirts & dresses.

With our days less frantic it is lovely to have time for planning & goal setting,

I love using our Bramble Rose Liberty print notebooks for my ideas.

I am sure I am not the only one tidying, clearing & rearranging our home this month.

It brings so much happiness having a pretty room & I love trawling Etsy for affordable art

& I have fallen in love with these beautiful Botanical watercolour prints.

I would really love to hear if you have found any new favourite things this month

or any of your thoughts via the comments below.

Xx Aimee
