Embryolisse cream
I love all the French pharmacy brands they are affordable and effective for my sensitive skin,. My latest love this Winter has been the cult French classic Embryolisse cream. With a gentle clean fragrance, it is extremely nourishing and very affordable, Soothing my dry post winter skin - Im addicted!
Rattan by Lulu Lytle
On my wishlist this Spring dive into the wonderful world of Rattan with this beautiful book by Lulu Lytle of British design company Soane.
Rattan evokes the mood of Summer ahead with inspiring images for alfresco dining and seaside lounging through the ages from the
glamour of the 1920s to dreamy contemporary Provincial escapes.
Clementine & Co notebooks
Our latest range of beloved Liberty print fabric covered notebooks are proving very popular.
They make the most lovely and affordable gifts, collect your favourite prints, for dare I say it! the Christmas season ahead before we sell out!
Ikana set of 4 tea plates
I love the Japanese inspired petal like shapes of these set of 4 little tea plates. In muted pastel shades wouldn’t they be perfect for little cakes at a Spring afternoon tea party!
Rattan style baskets
I love finding ‘high - low’ pieces and always keep an eye on offerings at Target, Kmart & Ikea. I found these set of 2 little rattan look baskets at Kmart. Wouldn’t they be pretty as Spring picnic baskets and as inspired by the ‘Rattan’ book (above) they could be great stylish storage
Seaside prints
Another high - low find these pretty sea side specimen prints I discovered at Ikea are such a lovely way to herald the Summer months ahead. So affordable at $9 for a set!
In bloom …..
floral place settings
Creating a beautiful table using flowers, pretty napkins and your favourite ceramics
gives a sense of occasion to any meal and gathering.
Be it takeaway pizzas or a Sunday roast, it is a joy to lay the table for friends and family.
It is not a matter of using heirloom crystal and expensive china,
but simple inexpensive additions to your place setting go a long way.
Celebrate Spring with a little collection of picked flowers tied with our Swiss velvet ribbons.
Pot geraniums, bulbs and succulents in pretty ceramic containers even vintage soup tureens
and place them on your dining table and kitchen bench top.
Bring the indoors in - it’s Spring!
