Clementine & Co inspired by…
Hello there
I hope you are well, I have always been inspired by the traditional past time of foraging & collecting wild flowers. Pressing them between the pages of a favourite book, then preserving their beauty in a dainty frame.
On my daily dog walks I try to (tactfully) forage. I pick a couple of little blooms from local paths & parks for a bud vase on my desk or for later pressing.
When my children were little and we were on ‘toddler time’! walks to the park took on a different pace. As my little ones, with their chubby legs were so close to the ground, they would joyfully notice more than I, the abundance of daisies or wild dandelions growing about the footpaths. We loved collecting, then pressing our finds between the pages of our thick ‘Narnia’ book or under a big stack of ‘Brambley Hedge’s.
Below I have gathered inspiring wildflower inspired finds from a basket to carry your treasures in, beautiful florist’s shears to snip wild branches, to a beautiful flower press and vintage poster. As well as our pretty range of Wildflower print pouches & napkin sets in ‘Petal’ pink and ‘Leaf’ green.
I hope you find Wildflowers inspiring too
Xxx
